- Average first reply is under 4 working hours during UK office hours. Outside hours we'll respond first thing the next working day.
- Credits never expire so you can use them whenever you need. We don't offer cash refunds on unused credits, but you can pause your account at any time and come back when you need a check.
- Check your spam folder, then resend the verification from /resend-verification. If it still doesn't arrive, open a ticket and we'll verify the address manually.
- Stripe usually clears within seconds. If 5 minutes have passed, sign out and back in to refresh, then open a ticket if it's still missing — include the email address you paid from.
