Terms of Use

The substance you'd expect, stated plainly:

What we provide

We supply vehicle data sourced from DVLA, DVSA, the Police National Computer, the ABI and major UK finance houses, through licensed data providers. We present that data; we do not create it. If a source record is wrong or out of date, the report will reflect that.

A check is a report on a vehicle's recorded history. It is not a mechanical inspection and not a guarantee about the vehicle's condition.

Credits and payment

Checks are paid for with credits bought in advance. A credit is consumed when a check runs and a report is produced.

If a check fails for a reason at our end, that is our problem to fix. Tell us and we will refund the credit or the payment — you should not have to argue for it.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. Reports are for your own use in buying, selling or valuing a vehicle — not for redistribution or resale.
